It is a straightforward property located in Hakata Ward district really close to subway station. The location is favourable and marvellous, close to get to the subway line...

We were in a rush and just stayed for one night, but everything was great during our stay.

Traveling for a quick airport layover, our stay at Grand Residence Hotel Hakata was fantastic. the room was well-equipped and comfortable with excellent soundproofing and efficient air conditioning. Conveniently located near the airport and metro station, we enjoyed easy access to nearby convenience stores and restaurants. the check-in process was smooth, and the overall value for money was impressive. the fast WiFi and clear instructions for amenities added to our positive experience.

I really enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. It was pretty quiet and kept tidy, plus I had a private bathroom, which was a nice touch. 😊.

The rooms at the Grand Residence Hotel Hakata are new-fashioned and reasonably spacious with a nice view. the hotel is located close to Fukuoka, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, a convenience store, and a subway station. It is also easily accessible to the subway line.

Got to use a futon, felt like a local. Imagine, a fire extinguisher for safety in an apocalypse! Hot water magically out after dialing a setting.

The accommodation was conveniently located in proximity to a nearby subway station, making getting around the city more manageable. there was a 24, hour supermarket located only a few minutes away, making meal times a breeze. the room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities.

The check, in process was slightly inconvenient and time, consuming due to the reception center being far away from the hotel itself.
